Don't know if this helps but on my 68 C10 LS swap I bought a Afco generic LS swap radiator. Single Spal electric fan. Cut out the radiator support opening to expose the cooling tubes as much as possible. See pic.
Purchased it from Speedway Motors.
Here in sunny MN we don't hit 121 temps but I have driven the C10 in 100 degree temps in heavy traffic and it never got above 205. I'm running a 180 degree thermostat. Fan controlled by the ecm.
