1965 door weather strip

I'am at the point where I want to replace the door weather stripping on my 65 C10 with the clip on style (no glue). Originally, I was going the use the Honda Civic type as recommended by a member here. The price for these have gone way up ($80+ per side is what I'am finding). Is there a less expensive alternative for these or its just better to pay the Honda price? My doors fit fine so I don't want to fool around with door adjustments to make them close properly.
