Identify control arms

Looking at replacing my steering box and might do the tie rods as well. I am trying to figure out if my 70 gmc pickup still have the correct 70 crossmember and arms or if I am lucky enough if someone did a 73 upgrade.

How do I tell? Here are a few pics
