Radiator install question

Hi guys, due to a radiator leak, I bought a replacement aluminum 3-core on eBay.

Before I start to drain and remove the old radiator, I’m hoping you can help confirm the following:

Is there some sort of radiator pad or spacer that goes between the radiator and the frame?

Eye balling it, I don’t see anything like that there right now, but can’t imagine you’re supposed to just rest the radiator on the frame, metal to metal?

The last time I replaced a radiator was in a foxbody Mustang and there was definitely a thin rubber pad that the radiator sat on.

If anyone can confirm and link me to the replacement pad/rubber insulator (assuming that exists), that would be appreciated. Thanks
