Flooding the Parts Forums - Again

This has been a problem in the past and starting to see a recurrence in the making. A few members seem to be either starting new or updating to the top parts threads one after another. A dozen new or more updated threads one on top of another tend to dominate a page driving other single threads down quickly to become lost to the next page. Many members have a tendency to just look thru the first and more current forum page with the loss of views to other members sale items. Thought this was frowned upon in the past and a select few members seem to have forgotten this.
