White first, black second.

The black will reach full coverage in fewer coats. For a thinner tape edge.

If your doing BC/CC. Base white & CC. Prep like for a reflow coat. Spray black BC then reclear the entire panel. Doing it this way gives you plenty of protection for mis-tapes or repairs while spraying. Alternatively you can do the same with a intercoat or blending clear. It's less overall protection, but faster. If you want to spray it all at one time.
