Yes 68bowtie in your first picture with the original steel loops like mine and my sons that was the fit, pretty much snug. In the second photo with the original chrome, not sure of the metal material my friends two original 68 have the same snug fit. In the third phone with the after market aluminum (?) trim, same not snug at all, though the trim looks the same it's off by some so the bowtie doesn't fit snug. I first thought maybe to move the trim apart to get the bowtie in more but makes the trim not look straight. The bowtie is hopefully bolted tight enough with no future problems, will keep a eye on it. From what I upstanding there only one company producing these. Peanut74 , yeah I kept my old rusted trim, there straight but a bit rusted maybe
they can be save by an experience wielder that would take on the challenge ($$) Thanks for the pics 68bowtie.
