The brackets and accessories are indeed worth quite a bit. The Sanderson headers are expensive. The 010 casting number confirms the block is a 350. It could be a two or four bolt main. Out of a 3/4T truck ups the chances it's a four bolt block. If it was rebuilt correctly you will have a keeper. Having machine shop documentation is something that I would have kept but not everyone does.
I tracked down an alleged 327 for a fella a while back. Came in his C10 and was sold with the 327 verbally. I was suspicious when I saw the three letters on the end of the block stamping. The stamping had only two letters till 1970 and GM built the last 327 in 1969. He was close, it was a 307. Still, one can read people and get a general idea of their integrity. Cheers |
