It's better than my 1923 'T' Model Ford garage that's tiny and I've never even had a Motocycle inside of, I hope it doesn't collapse before I die . You're very correct about moisture ! I love a clean and smooth shop typ Concrete floor that if properly made had barrier sheets lain down before they poured the Concrete . Thankfully it doesn't rain much here, even so I have rust issues .
