panel floor panels

Tore into my Panel truck right rockers and floor today, Found about what i expected. Garbage ,bunch of rust covered with metal. Bad part is they bought correct piece to do it right, just too damn lazy,

I am figuring most stuff will be truck panel to replace what is garbage. Mainly inner and outer rocker, small part of rea post and few sections of floor. Any thing that will not work from truck to panel truck?
Due to lack of shop space , aka none. Will be doing it out side and body off not practical to extend period. I will be cutting out small area taking lot bigger than need and welding it.

Open to suggestion on better idea and if truck panels will fit, well as good as panels fit.
