Things I found interesting!

I've blasted a few sets of this pivot bushings for the front seats and they all have a copper coating on them. I'm just wondering what that would be for?

I've noticed on 2 sets of seats when I remove the plastic backs the center screw is held on with a nut clip instead of into the frame. At first, I figured someone lost the longer screw and that was their fix to make it look complete. I noticed on this last set I removed the frame doesn't have a screw hole in the frame, so it most have came from the factory that way. I never noticed on the first set if the frame had a screw hole or not.
