'72 banjo bolt washers?

I just helped a buddy overhaul front disc brakes on a '72, and the banjo crush washers supplied with the calipers were smaller and thinner than the ones that came off.

The one that came off was 7/16" ID x 11/16" OD x 1/16"; the new ones are maybe 9/16" OD and 1/32" thick. Doing some searching seems like the smaller ones are correct (7/16-20 washer) but should be 1/16" thick.

Can someone point out the *right* size and a source? Thanks!
