Question About Trim Code #'s

Need to know for sure what my trim options listed on the build sheet really are.
The truck had woodgrain lower body trim (moulding) when I got it with woodgrain on the doors panels but nowhere else, I just want to verify this before I invest in new trim.
Also have some question about what the interior codes mean.

As printed on glove box: [OPTION NO.]-------[DESCRIPTION]
