No torque specs in FSM?

Has anyone else noticed the torque specs being omitted from "steering" section (3B) of the genuine GM service manual? This is oddly the most important section of a manual where torque specs should be listed. Section 3B even has a big disclaimer at the beginning talking about adhering to published torques for steering components.

I have a physical paper copy of the 1977 light truck service manual and thought I might be missing a page. So I downloaded the online version only to find they aren't there either.

I also downloaded the 1976 and 1978 versions just to make sure it wasn't an anomaly and I'm not seeing them?

So far I've been able to gather most of what I need from google, but i'd still like to see where it's printed from GM

Pitman arm big end nut: 175 ft-lb
Pitman arm small end nut: 60 ft-lb
Rag joint to steering box 12 pt bolt: 30 ft lb
Rag joint bolts/nuts: ?????
