Aftermarket disc brake kit identification

Picked up a 70 gmc a few months back and it had a newer disc brake conversion kit on it. The guy I bought it from didn't do it or have any paperwork so I am trying to figure out what it is.

Power dual master
Looks like gm 52 calipers.
pads have part number bxc-969-ff
6 lug rotors

I am trying to find out what the rotors, wheel bearings, and seals are from. I was going to pull the bearing and grease them just to check everything over. Its my daily and figure it doesnt hurt to regrease them why I am especially interested in the seal.

Any ideas? I dont have the front wheels off why I havent took a picture yet. Being lazy but can later
