Door hinge interference issue

Hey guys,
I'm starting to do fitting on a 69 C10 that had been disassembled for well over 10 years.
I am running into a fitment issue with the passenger upper door hinge.
The hinge body is making contact with one of the door bolts.
If you look at the tape, you can see the witness mark coming from the front lower bolt.
Does anyone have experience with this situation?
What was your solution to salvage the hinge.
I have blasted the hinges and installed new bushings and pins.
Thanks!
Dan
