For sun and UV protection I like the Collinite products. The show wax and double wax are good stuff and last a long time.
Thereis a company in PHX that will re-do vehicles with the clear coat peeling. They use some type of coating or re-seal it somehow. I have seen their work and it is impressive but I think it is also pricey.
