The rear axle is from a big Pontiac and is 64" wide already. I can get adapters that are 1" to 1.25" thick. I realize it is a possible weak link. My main goal now is to have 4 wheels that are the same to move it around when I get the MII suspension installed. Also I can remove the spacers and that change is not permanent. I have a donor van with 4 5x5 wheels available to me. That's a part of why I'm looking a options again.
