Door pulls?

My 1971 GMC C15 has door pulls installed. I'm not sure which trim level it was originally. It was built in Fremont, originally a short bed fleetside with a wooden bed, and a cargo light (not aftermarket, from what I can tell), no AC.

Were door pulls like this an option, or are they aftermarket? The truck was painted when I bought it, so I'll probably keep them.

I can't find any replacement parts other than Van door pulls and I only have one pull that came with the truck but both doors are drilled. The door panels have the arm rest/door pull too.

Thanks
