sides to ribs epoxy

Anyone know what was used to secure the sides of panels truck to the interrior ribs. Was sides and roof secured to ribs from factory? Any reason they should not be ? Thinking about using two part epoxy made for automituve panels. I figure if strong enough to hold exterrior panels together should keep interrior stuff together.

Only down side may be cause some wavieness to out side.
Options to use?
