Panel said pockets

The side pockets on both sides in middle and rear of Panel truck.Zero access and only air flow is two little slots. Thinking some aior flow would help keep rust issue away.

Thinking maybe small vents with coneection tube above wheel well inside and vaccum vent in rear that opens under vaccum like 140 mph going dow highway(joking, kind of). Pulling iar out of cab.Maybe 2" vents.

Ever seen anything done to provide air to cicrculate and keep mpoisture out?
