1969 GMC 2500 "Longhorn" style Custom Camper
Bought this truck in 1997 from the original owner's estate. New GM crate 350 has about 3K miles on it. New Process 435 close ratio 4spd. New high quality clutch (12"). New brakes all around including cylinders. New front gas shocks last year. Ball joints both sides replaced (lower). P/S, P/B., Dealer A/C (missing parts), Factory Tach (currently disconnected after HEI conversion), three operational gas tanks. New trim pieces ready to be installed. Extra (excellent) Chevy tailgate. Dana 60 open rear with 3.73. Wood bed needs project (currently plywood bed).
This is my current work truck so it is kept operational with timely oil changes etc. It has been in a slight accident and has mismatched fenders and is missing one inner. This is a work truck supreme. Left knee wants it sold. I'll get some pictures up if anyone near L.A. is interested. -BA I'm thinking $5500 or OBO
