Clutch, pushrod, bearing problems

My clutch disengages only with the lower pushrod adjusted out almost fully. I have the lower pushrod on the outer most hole on the clutch fork. This is the clutch fork I am using 3765372. 614018 is the original throwout bearing I had and I replaced it with 614037 which is a bit longer (I did this to regain some adjustment since the original bearing had me at a max adjustment).

Here’s the problem: I have to adjust the lower pushrod such that I am reloading the fingers on the pressure plate which I know is incorrect. However, if I back the bearing off such that it’s not touching the fingers, the clutch won’t disengage.

ChatGPT tells me that there may be something wrong with my travel. I also know that ChatGPT can be wrong. So here I am to get some input.
