Rear end for 1969 c10

I have a 1969 Chevy C10 with a 1975 Chevy 350 small block 4 bbl. The truck was a manual but by the time I got it, it was converted to an automatic. The guy didn't even have a crossmember holding the transmission up, just a piece of steel. Well anyway, the ring and pinion is all chewed up and needs to be replaced. The local salvage yards won't sale a ring and pinion seperate so I decided just to buy a different rear end. My questions is, what trucks would be a close fit to what I am looking for. Gear ratio is 3.73 and has drum brakes and coil springs. Also, what front wind shield would be a good fit, because someone used the truck for target practice. Thanks for your time and I enjoy reading the different posts. This 69 C10 is a project that me and my father n law are working on together.
