Who offers the Best Tech Support PTFE Fuel Line
Ok, I'm going to do this $$$...
I'm going to buy the $200 Edelbrock Fuel Pump and I'm going to run PTFE Fuel Line connected to the fuel tank's Steel Line, there's a compression AN fitting that I think does that, then into the New Edlebrock Fuel Pump, One of the fittings in this line connection is going to have to swivel/rotate when I go to tighten so I won't be trying to twist the line! Ok so that's Fuel Tank ->Fuel Pump. Now Up To The Carburetor I have to remember to "swivel/rotate" at least at the very last connection point at the 1400 Edelbrock Carb. So, off the fuel pump I'll use a 90 fitting to take Line up headed to the carb and I'm Not going towards the block/exhaust, I'm going back near the frame and wheel well hump and do another 90 with a glass sight fuel filter to take me towards where the Heater Used To be and do another 90 that's about 2 Feet straight across from the Carburetor's Fuel Input Port. Ta Da...Fuel Pump->Filter->Carb Oh Yeah, I do wonder about any PTFE line stress between block and frame, especially at the steel fuel line coming from the gas tank at the frame and the PTFE on the fuel pump connection? Tech Support at Evil and Edelbrock No Bueno! Aeromotive is top notch but They have Porsche/Ferrari prices. How's Summit's? I have to talk to them anyway to buy the pump...and Russell? |
