Some electrical help please.

Hey folks,

#1 My right turn signal does not blink. Left works good. The blinker cam is busted but should I look somewhere else before I pull the steering wheel?? The lights all work. Does the blinker relay have a left and right or should I look for a bad ground?

#2 Any problem with dumping my external alt for an internal one?? I seem to have a 0.2A draw from the external reg that's draining my battery. What else should I get while I'm at the store?

#3 I have a hard time starting the truck after it's been running for a while. I figure it's a combination of the battery getting low and a hot starter.

Thanks
norville
