saginaw Power steering pump after rebuild wont prime or work at all

I rebuilt my power steering pump on my 1972 C10 with 402 which was working and now it wont work. After following the proper bleeding procedure of lifting the front end and turning the steering wheel back and forth 20 times then starting the vehicle and turning the wheel 10 times, im getting nothing.

The pump was working fine just leaking before i took it apart. I figured maybe i reassembled it incorrectly so i took it apart again, ultrasonically cleaned everything and reassembled it and i still get nothing. I even made sure to pour some PS fluid in the pump housing before reassembly.

I made sure to remove using air all of the fluid in the lines> jj

can anyone give me insight? It does not make any noise, nothing and ive followed the bleeding procedure twice now..

So frustrated, everything is assembled correctly it does not make sense.

would cracking the hiigh presure line help bleed trapped air?
