Dash Pad Rrplacement

Dash pad replacement review.
KEEP OEM OLD PAD UNTIL REPLACEMENT INSTALLED.
Likely you will need it for reference, as guide to cut reproduction to fit as OEM one did, along with reusing clips.
Just install one from “Truck Shop”, nice, however, lots of excess material. Most of edge needs trimming. Some areas lots of trimming needed, along with shaping the edge to match OEM original (especially on ends). The OEM pad is a big help in getting the new pad to fit. Reinstalled the OEM pad several times to match factory fit, for new one. Really like new pad once installed. If new speakers, check fit, not hit pad.
Few photos of process.

NOTE: reinstalling the old pad several times was to see where the pad should fit at windshield and corners.
