c30 kelsey hayes 19.5 6 lug questions

Good evening, looking at a c30 GMC and it has the Kelsey Hayes 19.5 inch by 5.25 inch wheels 6 lug pattern since tires for this are bias ply or a smaller 225/75R19.5

1) would be are there other tire options besides the bias ply? Because the 225 radials are a little bit smaller and a little too wide for the rim

2) if I wanted to swap over the spindles on the front axle is it pretty much plug and play for a swap over?

3) Rear axle is pretty straightforward what years would be preferred from what I understand all the way up till 2000 will fit?

I have not committed to buying the truck but considering it just would like to know realistically what I'm looking at for axles and tire?
