Looks good. Given the new paint on the FW and fan housing, be sure your grounding lead is contacting bare metal. Especially that sheet metal screw to the firewall. My lead worked for a year and then out of the blue, quit. I waisted most of a day because I failed to check the basics first. Turned out the screw lost continuity to the FW even though it was still tight. Also, that hole in the fan housing is for a vent tube on a AC truck. There isn't much water in the area but I'd address in some way.

Thanks, i did have an issue with the ground. Tested it, and found that my star washer wasnt biting through the paint on the new blower motor (Fire wall was not painted, just got a really good wash) replaced with a new one, and she works now.

I was wondering about that hole on the motor. I had to check LMC's website. I thought i ordered the wrong one. They have the same part# for both AC/ non AC applications. I see there is a tube that feeds back into the case on AC ones...not sure what the purpose of that is. I suppose ill just plug it.
