Thanks, i did have an issue with the ground. Tested it, and found that my star washer wasnt biting through the paint on the new blower motor (Fire wall was not painted, just got a really good wash) replaced with a new one, and she works now.

I was wondering about that hole on the motor. I had to check LMC's website. I thought i ordered the wrong one. They have the same part# for both AC/ non AC applications. I see there is a tube that feeds back into the case on AC ones...not sure what the purpose of that is. I suppose ill just plug it.
