Re: Super Cheyenne aka the "Devil Cowboy"
Had a busy day in the shop. Processing the bolts for the front axle cover, getting them into paint after some degreasing and wire wheeling. Spent my lunch hour getting the trim taped on and marked with a white Stabilo pencil. I used a flexible ruler to get a few key measurements to get started. I will next remove the trim and make all of the inserts for the 3M trim tape, and install them into the trim and install to the lines drawn on the truck.
Also, have been working on clean up of the NL2 tank. Three days into soaking in Kroll oil and trying to get the carriage bolts off. I am about at the point of just cutting them off, and fabbing up new ones. Also, finally got the order of K&B tank sealer kit in so I can treat the inside and make it like new again.
