Thumbs up Thanks everyone for the new truck!!!

Alright, did some work this afternoon my truck feels like a whole new HOT ROD.

Removed the filter from the tank to the line in the frame rail. Also replaced the small filter at the carb. Also... moved the fuel line from the pump to the carb (which was against the block) away from the block, and lastly...placed a small bit of rubber tubing around fuel line where it may have been getting warm from the upper heater/water hose.

Turned the key and it started up easier than it started before! Also went for a spin, no more hesitation or lag when tapping the pedal... the truck lurches forward and pulls like it never did before (can you spell B-I-G S-M-I-L-E?)! Screeched the tires a bit a few times too.

Looks like the gas mileage will not be what it has been, but that's OK! I really appreciate all the help...you all ROCK! Not sure where I would have started trying to fix this had I not had your input, definitely would not have resolved it so quickly.
