10" sub in a 71

I have had several of these ol trucks, and the stereo is always the hardest thing to get situated where it sounds good.
I am using a pair of 6x9s on the front channel, and a 10"sub on the rear channel. The question is,with the gas tank behind the seat, where can I mount the 10? I don't know if there is enough room under the seat,I doubt it.I am concidering mounting it under the dash where the glove compartment is.The inside of the thing is missing anyway, and I might have enough room to mount it in there pointing toward the floor, and still have some kind of a compartment left.

What do you think?

Any other good way to mount a 10 in 71 GMC?
