Installing my vortec 350
I have my engine torn down, the enigine is a 98 350 vortec, I have a few questions on what I need to do about,
a) fuel pump, since there is no provision for a mechanical pump, so what fuel pump would be good to use b) flywheel, will I need to purchase a new one for use on my motor, and will I need to have the crank, hamonic balancer, and flywheel balanced, c) ram horn exhaust manifolds, can they be used till I can get headers d) bellhousing, any difference in bolt pattern? so far it looks like I am going to be into this engine for about $1,200 thats with new heads, intake, and re-ring kit, the block , crank, cam and pistons are in good to excellent shape, next I need to find a good 4 speed tranny
