Steering adjustment

I hate to start a new thread for a question that's probably been answered 100 times over, but the search feature appears to be flaking out again (zero matches when searching for "truck" in all forums!?!)...

Steering on the ol' 68 is getting pretty sloppy. I generally don't fool around with steering components much so I'm wondering if anyone can put together a short list of what things I can try and/or what needs to be replaced to get 'er tight again. Anyone?
