Unhappy runaway wheels!!!!

I recently got some new 15X10 Eagle alloys with 35" BFGs on them. for the first 2 weeks I had problems with shakes and wobbling. back to the tire shop several times without results. Then one day the right rear wheel passed me on the freeway at 65+mph. It sheered all the lug nuts and ruined a bunch of stuff. the tire shop took care of everything but, the suggested that the 7/16" wheel studs were undersized for this tire and wheel. Now I know several people who have this same thing with bigger wheels and tires and they run the heck out of them with no problems. I'm ashamed to admit it but this thing has been off road about 2 times this year so i know it isn't abused. Any suggestions???
