Will a 77 1/2 ton fit under a 87 1/2 ton body?
Just aquired an 87 Chevy Wrangler for 200 bucks. Problem is the frame is broke on the passengers side and rusted badly. I have a good rolling chassis from a 1977 1/2 ton. Can I swap the drive line and body to this frame? I am in the process of taking the diff and front end of the 77 as these are going to be used on another project. Any info would be helpful. Any links also would be valuable. Great forum. Thanks.
