What's the deal with the '69 GMC "custom"

Hello all, I bought a 1969 GMC 910 "Custom" today, Turqoise green with dark green interior, vinyl door panels with scroll, tinted glass, full gauges, chrome trim around windows and vent frames, chrome "custom" script on doors, but with a 250-6 and 3 speed manual on column. Was the "custom" was just an appearance package, like a deluxe chev model? It has no side trim like a sierra grande. Was this a common upgrade? Most of the trucks I have seen have either been strippers or fully optioned. I wanted to look at it for the 250-6 to put into my '70 GMC base truck, but the body on this one is much less rusty and I feel it is too good to strip even though it was only $530.00 Canadian. If anyone can enlighten me with details about this option package it would be appreciated..thanks.
