Flex-a-lite factory defect/recall

I just got a letter from Summit racing explaining that the fuse holder for Flex-A-Lite fan models 270, 280, 290, 292, 295, 298 has some "inconsistencies" with the supplied fuse holder that may result with the fuse body melting and fire. I have allready replaced mine with a fuse holder from littlefuse. Thought you guys might want a heads up if you got your fans from someone other than the factory or licenced dealer.
