Not all of them...
In fact once you guys have finished altering the vin plates why don't you cruise to my area so I can seize your trucks... Cops are alot smarter than you give us credit for... Granted some are not as educated as others on auto theft but I am very skilled in the art...Being a truck and car lover I am more than most... besides you need a special gun to install a roset correctly.. those are sold exclusively and well monitored....
