I for one will not tolerate the assanine idiots who write these ordinances telling us what we can & cant do in private! after all its not like we are killing people & chopping them up with "tools normally found in a residence"!
I believe these laws were written to keep people from running a repair facility out of a home. its just that some people take things too far. at the apt complex where I live we have a "lady" that everyone affectionately referes to as "the B*TCH in 106" that calls the police when a car is parked 3 inches over the yellow by the fire zone. one day she made the mistake & called in to have a car ticketed without knowing it belonged to the complex owner. WHOOPSY, bad call there. she is being evicted now.
