Question Here is what I've got to work with

Here are a few pictures of my new old truck. As you can see from the pics, from a distance the old girl looks pretty good. Upon closer inspection, however, the cancer in the cab becomes apparent. Would like to hear your comments about how bad you think the rust damage is, and whether or not you think it would be better to try and get another cab instead of using patch panels.



Both rear cab corners are rusted through.


Here you can see the rust through above the windshield.








Yep, that's green grass you see through that big hole.
