Need to set a fair price for my 67

I have a 67 short bed, small window, pretty good steel bed with some holes drilled in it, small inline 6 manual truck that never had A/C. It would need a major restore. The engine runs, needs some tires and taillights to be able to drive. It has a lot of rust in all the usual places and i would need to completely redo the cab and replace a couple of fenders.. I'm sorry but no digital camera to post pictures. I got an offer for $900 but that seems low even for the condition it is in. I believe I probably value this truck (my first) more than other people would and want to set a realistic fair price for it. I do not have the skill to fix it or a place to store it anymore. I couldn't put more than a few thousand into fixing it up and so regretfully, it has to go. I live in Arizona. My hope is that it goes to someone that would restore it and not part it out. What would be fair market value of a truck that is going to need a complete cab restoration and a few other things to be a good daily driver?
