Buick 350 into GMC 4x4?

I have actually got 2 good running buick 350's from 1970 skylarks and I have a 68 GMC 3/4 ton that needs a V8. Is it possible to put the buick engine in? They put out almost 300 HP but I guess the main concern is mating it to a trans, its an NP205 in there now will it bolt up? I have a TH350 auto on the 350 but mating that to a 4x4, hard? Engine mounts are the other concern.

I have almost no cash to spend so getting a chevy v8 is out of the question unless you want to trade....
