torque for pinch bolt on pitman arm?

what is the torque on that pinch bolt that goes though the pitman arm? and onto the shaft that drops out of the power steering box on my 71 4x4 gmc?
i hope how i worded this makes sense...anyone know knows could you let me know, ive got it on there at 90 ft/pounds but im not sure if that is too tight or if i should go tighter, thanks
