PO's-bless their pointed little heads

I just realized that my donor '68 327 that's going to be in my Panel has two different heads on it! The D/S one is #3846(8?)81, and has mounting holes for accessories, and the other one is # 3911032. This leads to a couple question. Which is the better head? No point matching the lesser one. And what potential damage has occured by running two diff heads?

Then, as I was pulling the motor out of my Panel today, it came right down to it and I gave the hoist some weight and pulled on the motor and the trans came with it! I had it unbolted at the bell housing, but the trans wasn't bolted to the cross member! The only thing that stopped it from hitting the floor was the three-on-the-tree linkages They used to adjusted perfectly, anyway.

I think that I6 is a 250, but this is the # F0204CJL. Anyone know what it is?
