Nope, it's not dirt. The carb just got rebuilt and I have a new inline filter and filter in the carb installed. I've tried tapping on it, doesn't do anything. I did manage to put a new power steering belt on though! At least I know the regulators are somewhere in the store now.

lol - true that! Seems like it was the isle that had intake manifolds on the bottom shelf.
