wanted : aluminum vortech heads
hey,
well i'm a 67-72 guy but i'm looking for a set of aluminum vortech heads for a sb 350. would someone have a rebuildable set i could purchase? thanks, ondrew p.s. zip is 60190 for shipping reasons |

5.7L Vortec heads are all cast, not aluminum.
You may be looking for some other kind of head.

there aluminum on corvettes and one or 2 other makes.

GM definately sells aluminum Vortec heads aftermarket. I do not know what they were original equipment on, if anything. But GM definately does make them!

Look for Edelbrock E-Tec heads.
