reinstalling front clip....
Would you install it in one piece minus the hood or in pieces? Right now the 72 chevy front clip I'm putting on my 71 is apart, just wanting to get opinions. Thanks,
Oh yea, the radiator will be out (w/ leak).

Jim, I always found it easier to install the radiator support, then fenders, then grill then hood. It's easier for me to get the correct fender alignment this way.

Randy, that's what I was thinking, and what I did when I replaced the core support on the GMC. How have you been doing? Getting any work done on Cathy's truck?

I'm doing great, still a little incapacitated though. I won't be able to do any type of manual labor for about 4 more weeks but I do feel a little better every day.

If you'll forgive a newbie and stranger buttin' in, let me say God bless you, Randy. I sincerely hope your health rapidly improves.
Besides, you need to get back to wrenching on trucks so you can keep from building up that post count too fast.

I find it FAR easier to install complete front clip(minus hood) than in pieces. I know the factory didn't install it piece by piece. Brian
