Hand Throttle

Location through the firewall.

If you look close from the engine side you will see a dimple or nipple ( i can't remember which on the engine side) - that is the location to drill a very small hole to feed the cable through. The factory had a spring cable clamp to secure the outer housing. The location of the dimple is roughly at the top of throttle arm and slightly centered from the throttle arm. Another way to find the location from the interior is to look for a knock-out in the firewall padding (approximately 3/4inch) - the dimple is behind it. Remove the knock-out and you should see the dimple.
